Owner's Representation
Our Owner's rep services are designed to serve the owner's best interests during the initial planning, design and construction phases of each project. We manage the day to day details of the project to insure the required co-ordination between varying members of the design team, including the Owner.
Our background in interior design provides us with the knowledge to evaluate issues in terms of both design and practical considerations and present the Owner with the best possible options. The Owner retains all final decision making authority.
